DotA 6.67b AI Map Third Release

This is the third release of DotA 6.67b AI Map which is also called as DotA Allstars v6.67b Rev2b AI. Harreke is not alone on DotA AI development, along with him are PleaseBugMeNot and many others who consistently check and test DotA AI to find and fix any encountered bugs.

Hm, i think we can try to put the fixes for Nerubian Weaver from 6.67c to 6.67bAI rev2b... mainly because of:
* Fixed Cleave/Anchor Smash from instantly killing Swarm creatures
* Various performance improvements when casting The Swarm
* Non-hero units now do half damage to The Swarm
* Fixed a bug with lifesteal and The Swarm creatures

Let`s all ask gently Phaselock to dig the needed funcs in 6.67c... and i`ll try to add the missing things into the script and slk files (if it is possible ofc).
Btw what is that bug with Vladimir`s Offering and The Swarm? I will need an anchor point to make the difference when the things get fixed eventually lol

So here is revision 2b:

1. Blademail now works
2. *New visual effect for the offensive use of Urn of Shadows
3. Tracked visual effect by Bounty Hunter on enemy unit
4. Leshrac`s Diabolic Edict was missing the explosion effects on random places when no units in range... thus hitting invisible units
5. Dark Seer Ion Shell stackable(fixed but not tested by me)
6. Puck's scepter now bringing stats up and adds + 50 mana use
7. Nerubian Assassin's scarabs couldn`t use Infestation (clicking the button did nothing). Now fixed - blowing up doing silence and dmg
8. Nerubian Weaver
