Dota 6.67b and 6.67c Map Updates

Update as of March 30, 2010... Dota 6.67c Map was released.

The 6.67c update was particularly significant for competitive play, as it addressed severe technical issues such as the FPS drops associated with Weaver's "The Swarm" ability.
