Balance Changes

Human
* The cost of the Ivory Tower(Buyable at Arcane Vault) changed from 30 gold and 20 wood to 50 gold and 30 wood.
* The cost of the Mechanical Critter(Buyable at Arcane Vault) changed from 50 gold to 20 gold.

Undead
* The mana cost of the Carrion Swarm changed from 110 to 90.

Night Elf
* The duration of the Cyclone changed from 20(6) seconds to 15(3) seconds(Hero).
* The hit points of Dryads changed from 435 to 450.

Orc
* The slow effect of the Orb of Lightning is removed.
* The hit points of the Healing Ward changed from 5 to 20.

Fixes
* The experience gained from the Tome of Experience changed from 150 to 75.
* Claws of Attack +12 is now known as Claws of Attack +9.
* Claws of Attack +9 is now known as Claws of Attack +6.
* Claws of Attack +6 is now known as Claws of Attack +3.
* Skeletons from the Book of the Dead lasts now 20 seconds instead of 120 seconds.
* The duration of Wand of the Wind's Cyclone effect changed from 10 (5.6) seconds to 15(3) seconds(Hero).
