Just like what we have posted before that there will be a bug fix releases for DotA 6.74, well here it is :)
So what DotA 6.74b offers?
Basically this patch is more on fixes. Example is the rare chance for EMP to cause a suicide, flying units can't be targeted Aghanim's secondary Fireblast, and many others.
