We have identified an issue with Internet Explorer that is preventing some of our users from signing up for beta. To be sure you sign up for the beta correctly, please use Firefox or Google Chrome. We’ll update again when we have fixed the problem and you can again use Internet Explorer.
Also, we'd like to answer some of the questions that many of you have been asking today about beta sign-ups.
Q: When will get know if I'm invited? When will I get my invite?
A: We are not sending out invites yet. When we send the first round of invites, we will make an announcement here, on our site, and our other social media pages, so that everyone knows to watch their email.
Q: How do I know if you received my beta sign-up?
A: You will receive an email confirming that you successfully signed up for the ESO beta. That email will arrive within 48 hours of when you submitted your beta application, to the email address that you signed-up with. The email will be from noreply@zenimaxonline.com. We recommend adding that address to your contacts and/or 'safe' list, to help prevent the email from going into your spam inbox.
Q: Can I add to or change information in my beta sign-up once I've submitted it?
A: Not at this time, no. If that changes, we'll let everyone know.
