Hidden Quest for DotA 6.69 can be found by simply following these instructions.

Locations of the DotA 6.69 secret runes
Secret Rune 1
There's an invisible killable icefrog near top rune.
Secret Rune 2
There's one near the prerune too + another sent bot pullable camp
Secret Rune 3
Another one at the spawn point of sentinel, bottom lane. next to the sea/waterfall
Secret Rune 4
Another one on sentinel's base, next Hunter's Hall, among the trees.
Secret Rune 5
Number 5 on the sentinels mid lane mid leveled creeps point. Behind the statue.
Secret Rune 6
Its behind the creeps near the fifth one.
Secret Rune 7
Number 7 scrourge bottom lane. At the spawn point of creeps a bit to the left.
Secret Rune 8
Number 8 where the scrourge lower lever creeps are.
Update: Dota 6.69b map was released.
So all in all, there are 8 DotA secret runes for the 6.69 secret mission.
And you need to catch 'em all!
Destroy the Runes
To start to side quest, You need destroy the PreRune and other 2 runes found in the map.
• PreRune can be found in the middle of the map near Top rune.
• Now, Destroy both Runes. First Rune can be found near Scourge top 2nd tower and second rune can be found near Sentinel bottom first tower.
• After Destroying all the runes, Find IceFrogs and kill them.
Note: Since, IceFrogs are invisible and can not be killed by physical attacks. You need to get Gem of True Sight and Dagon.
- Here is the mini-map of IceFrog so, you can find and kill em' easily!
• Once you kill all the 9-10 IceFrogs, Phoenix boss will appear in right corner on the bottom of the map.
Kill the Phoenix
Kill the Phoenix using Naix with 6x inventory and with -wtf mode and enjoy a nice reward item which you grant you evasion and ability to spawn illusions.
After finding the 8 runes and destroying the 10 icefrogs, a wild Moltres will appear.
Just kidding. Icarus, the Phoenix will appear as a secret boss and you must defeat it!

Ancient Medallion - gives 9 illusions upon activation
