DotA 6.68 Preview #3 - New Heroes, Items and Balance Improvements

There will be new heroes, items and lots of balance improvements. Just like what we have covered on previous DotA 6.68 2nd Preview, we are expecting more and more changes on DotA 6.68. Recently Icefrog posted DotA 6.68 3rd Preview which tackles another new features and modifications on Dota 6.68 which makes more excited than ever.
